Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette Review!

Hello Beauties!

Today I’ll be reviewing the Peach palette.

As many of you know now, I don’t like reviewing a product without using it multiple times. This was a Christmas gift for me from my sister in-law who knows me so well when it comes to skincare and makeup.

The packaging is amazing! I really love the cute tin look! I fell in love with this product as soon as I saw their little COMMERCIAL. and thought of purchasing it after Christmas when things cool down a bit. Little did I know I would get exactly what I wished for.

This is how Sephora describes the product:

The Sweet Peach Eye Shadow Collection Palette is infused with the juicy scent and antioxidant-rich essence of peach. Create endless looks with 18 shades of peachy pinks, corals, bronzes, and pops of purples that will leave your eyes looking warm weather-fresh all year-long. It features a Glamour Guide with three eye looks to get you started. The size of it is 18 x 0.03 oz. and you can go to Sephora’s website for the eye shadows names.” [SEPHORA]

Here is what it’s formulated WITHOUT:

– Parabens
– Sulfates
– Phthalates
– Free of gluten… ?? (you’re not going to eat it)

This product is something that appeals to audience.
The smell melts me away! Yes, it does smell like peaches and you’d just want to eat it. There is a wide range of eye shadows as well, but to be honest I don’t think I’ll ever wear green, purple, and dark blue. I’ve been using the rest of the pigments [White Peach (matte vanilla cream), Luscious (pearl peach champagne), Just Peachy (shimmering peachy pink), Charmed, I’m Sure (matte medium cool brown), Nectar (pearly peachy cream), Cobbler (peachy pinked bronze), Candied Peach (matte coral with violet shimmer), Bellini (gilded peach), Peach Pit (satin perfect rasin), Peaches ‘n Cream (matte milky peach), Georgia (matte peachy pink), Carmelized (dark gilded bronze), Puree (metallic dark bronze), Summer Yum (matte gingerbread)] everyday for 3 weeks to work and they are look natural with hint of “pop”. Compared to my Naked palettes 2 and 3, the Peach palette has more orange tones.

The sparkle eye shadows are not that great (in terms of the formula). Some pigments fall out because the pigmentation is so faint – you’d need to be careful when you’re layering it to get the exact pigment displayed in the package. I wouldn’t use this palette to go to dinner or parties because I think it’s meant for a natural look. All in all, I think this is a cute palette, I would have probably bought it and keep it as a collector item. I do believe that it depends on how you like your shadows too… and on where you can wear them. The smell of the palette is a bonus and makes me wish all companies had amazing fruity scents to them.

– Smells amazing
– Cute packaging
– Good range of natural looks/colors
– Build-able with care

– Lacks pigmentation
– Falls out when blending

And there you have it! Please let me know if you’ve tried the palette and if you like it or not. I want to know if you think  it’s worth the hype!
